- Trying to write thoughts on paper, with cursive. For the art for art's sake. I think perhaps if I twitter out to paper over and over on my mental themes, I can build structures which are fit for writing

- I'm working on my static cms somewhat. It's going to be kind of a fun project. Goal is to be able to slap information down in markdown and do a 'build' which then has the html files, as well as an index page that automatically finds the most interesting (max-entropy) words in the system.

- I think I need a vps. But if I have a vps, I need to know how to feed multiple domains into the IP and route each domain appropriately.

- I discovered I like sushi this week.

Neil Postman's definition of technological thinking:

"any systematic and repeatable technique that tends to cause
people constrain their thinking about the world"


This is a very astute thought. Postman asserted that that Americans have oriented on this thinking. Well, I don't want to claim that Americans are that special. But I see it in the US.

I don't think that he's very aware of the online world and how it plays out, but the boxing of people's thinking into some kind of system is terribly, terribly, terribly subtle and terribly real.
