At home, sun shining through the window, by my computer. Don't want to go Out, and certainly not With Someone.

Things are quiet and predictableish today. I can focus on the writing I am doing, the software I am prodding, and thoughts I need to be thinking. I really value this kind of time. Silence and quiet is incredibly valuable. I don't get it at work, and I rarely get it at home unless I aggressively protect my time (not actually the right thing to do when married. :-o ). (Related: probably why I love being up late so much).

Later I will be taking a walk with the lady.


I think I'll take on dinner tonight - the options will be Something With Chicken, Something With Noodles, and Something With Rice.

Ha, I've definitely gotten some quality invert time with a sleeping apart arrangement most of the time with the boyfriend, who likes to go to bed earlier than me (and whose sleep quality vastly approves when sleeping alone to his great sentimental chagrin).
